We back jewelry businesses we'd want to work with anyway.
Mostly manufacturers and heritage brands. Always operators we know personally.
We put capital into jewelry businesses that have already proven they can make or sell something real. Then we help them with distribution, manufacturing capacity, and the systems to grow.
Heritage
Brands or manufacturers with a real story, not a pitch deck.
Operator-Led
Founders and operators who still know the product and the customer.
Proven Demand
Existing sales, not projections. We look at what has already worked.
Alignment
Values and standards that match how we run the business.
The group today.
Capital, infrastructure, and a national sales floor.
When we invest, we do not just write a check. We open our distribution network, our manufacturing capacity, and our retailer relationships to the brands we back.
- Direct capital investment
- Access to 400+ retail doors
- Shared manufacturing capacity
- Technology and systems integration
- Operational support and merchandising
What size investments do you make?
Typically $500K to $5M, depending on the business and the opportunity. We have done smaller strategic partnerships and larger majority acquisitions.
Do you take control of the brand?
Not always. We prefer partnerships where the original operators stay involved. We are builders, not extractors.
What kind of businesses do you avoid?
We do not invest in concepts without sales, businesses we do not understand, or anything that would damage our reputation with retailers.
How do we start a conversation?
Email us. We read every message. If there is a fit, we will set up a call, visit your facility, and go from there.
